Throughout the semester, students will create props, build set pieces, paint scenery, organize backstage areas, and prepare the technical elements used in Disney's Aladdin KIDS. They will learn lighting, sound design, and how each department affects each other. During performances, they will serve as the official production crew, helping with scene changes, props, backstage organization, and ensuring every performance runs smoothly.

This class is ideal for students interested in theatre production, design, engineering, art, event production, or simply discovering another side of theatre.

Attendance

Because students are members of the production crew, attendance is especially important.

Mandatory Attendance

  • Tech Week: October 19–22

  • Both performances: October 23 & 24

Every crew member has an important role, and attendance during Tech Week and performances is required.
